Did you know that healthy and happy people take a tenth of sick leave or are less ill? Did you know that healthy and happy people have six times more energy?

The joint effort of many people has allowed the past years to change the concept of pastry full of butter, sugar and cream, to a healthy one, with healthy, good and just ingredients. Made from natural products that help us improve our health. In each session we will learn traditional biological pastry adapted to new gluten sugar and dairy free ingredients. All of them, however, delicious and, even more so, if you know them by the hand of a pastry person who loves food. A course that will make us a bit  wiser.

A healthy and fun way to spend Saturday evenings, we will show you healthy and beautiful recipes by cook Gisela Izard Pallejà. We are a team of therapists who like to help make the world a little better every day. In addition, we are very grateful to be able to share good times with you. In addition, in each workshop we will raffle gifts and discounts.

Our course proposal aims to offer a “space” in which to strengthen individual and family food resources. Our motto is to look for the healthy way of life that will make you happy and forget about the restrictions and norms that exist in our diets.
