Tomato and oats Gazpacho (Dr. Pros)

Gazpacho

With this heat, a glass of cool gazpacho full of nutrients is the best!

Ingredients:

500 g of organic ripe tomato

4 tablespoons organic soaked oatmeal (1h)

1/2 clove of organic garlic

1/2 cup organic olive oil

1 tablespoon biological vinegar

unrefined sea salt to taste

pepper to taste

mineral water

Preparation:

1 hour or 1/2 hour before preparing gazpacho put the oats to soak. Water should cover all flakes.

After this time, drain the flakes and put together all ingredients in a blender. Beat until the mixture has a smooth creamy texture. Add water to taste. Serve cold.

You can have it for breakfast, as an appetizer, starter, snack, and cocktail … … Even if you freeze it, there you will have a gazpacho sorbet. 🙂
