What benefits does a homemade sugrafree dairyfree ice cream provide?

The first thing is that it is immediate and easy to do, and you can combine the ingredients that you like the most. Not having sugar or milk makes it easier for us to digest. Raw nicecreams offer more nutrients. It is also so good, that the it is also called “nicecream” instead of icecream.

The main idea of ​​food based on raw foods is to consume unprocessed food, and eat fruits, vegetables, nuts and fresh seeds. Something we already do in spring and summer.

How to “make” homemade sugrafree dairyfree ice cream ?

Mercè and Gisela help you prepare several ice creams with a good combination of ingredients, flavors, and nutrients. Of course we will prepare chocolate ice cream.

All this is taught and explained by Mercé and Gisela in the workshop on 13 July.
