Slow Food Earth Market with Carlo Petrini
The Slow Food Earth Market is back: gardens and urban agriculture, actors, the presence of Carlo Petrini, president of Slow Food movement.
The 4th edition of Slow Food Earth Markets bring together this Saturday, November 14th from 10 to 16 am, as always in the same place: the three chimneys Parc (at Poble Sec, at the end of Parallel). Thirty producers with Orchards and Urban Agriculture as protagonists of the edition, and also a special guest: the Delta del Llobregat.
A photographic exhibition in collaboration with DeltaV and a stand of the Consortium of Lower Llobregat Agricultural Park will help us to know this space next to Barcelona. As a complement there will be a workshop on home composting, and a pair of entities orchard social and Aspanias Verdallar, will present his project.
As always you can taste culinary restaurants km0-Slow Food network, this time coming from the area of the Delta del Llobregat, plus a restaurant in Barcelona, Rasoterra vegetarian bistro with Orchard Park own agriculture.
The market for the Earth is part of an international network of farmers markets that sell food only good, clean and fair, or good quality local food, seasonal, obtained with traditional processes that respect the environment and work land.
The fourth edition of Market Slow Food Earth will be attended by the legendary Carlo Petrini, founder and current president of Slow Food International.
