How should our breakfast be?
How should a breakfast be? Should it be copious in the style of the saying “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar”? Should it be fruit only? Can I mix food?
For years we’ve been bombarded with a lot of information about nutrition and eating habits. What I should eat, what I should not eat, what about cereals + milk + fruit …. Now milk is not good…. And I need energy …. We end up doing what we can and in a rush…. But what is really what would make me feel better?
Tomorrow in this workshop of healthy and energetic breakfasts + spices and habits to increase energy, Mercè and I will give you simple guidelines to be able to adapt the breakfast to the needs of each and the season of the year.
What benefits does a good breakfast provide?
The first thing is to give us energy. That revitalizes to us after the fast of the night. And allow us to do activities without feeling heavy.
How to “prepare” a good breakfast?
Mercè and Gisela help you prepare several breakfasts with a good combination of ingredients, flavors, and nutrients. Summer and winter breakfasts. In addition we will learn combinations of spices that will provide us with nutrients and energy.

Our proposal of courses of food and nutrition is to offer a “space” where to strengthen the individual and family food resources. Our motto is to look for the healthy way of life that makes you happy and forget about the restrictions and rules that are in the diets.
