Vegan Chocolate Mousse Recipe from the Healthy Breackfast workshop
We present a chocolate mousse recipe that we presented last week in the healthy breakfast workshop that we found with María. It is a very versatile recipe, which can also be taken at any time, any time of the year and to which you can add the organic seasonal fruit that you like the most.
You can eat it for breakfast, lunch or a snack. To taste quietly or with guests.
Ingredients for 2-3 people:
1 banana (or a large peach in summer)
1 pinch of salt and pepper to taste
2-3 tablespoons of pure cocoa
Naturally all ingredients are organic
You can decorate the mousse with sesame, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, or bits of almond, hazelnuts, walnuts
You can also add cereals or roasted nuts to decorate
Peel and cut the two fruits. We crush them with the mini pimer or a food processor.
When it is like a fine cream, we add the pure organic cocoa powder. Mix until the dough is chocolate. We serve it in glasses and keep it in the refrigerator until 15 minutes before serving. We decorate it with nuts, crunchy cereals or chocolate chips, which we add when serving so that they are not soft.
You can also store it in a jar and use it as nutella.
