Dietetics and nutrition consultation

Within the activities and services that I want to offer in our holistic pastry shop is that of dietetics and nutrition. My knowledge of food is also supported by a very positive and affectionate person. Apart from her great experience in nutrition, backed by courses and diplomas from different international institutions, one thing I really like about her is that she is a member of the “Dietetics without Sponsors” association.

I introduce you to María Perez de Seoane. She will take dietary and nutrition consultations. She is an Integrative Dietitian and is in love with the food she enjoys eating. To the pleasure of eating, she adds the knowledge of food properties  she cooks and recommends those who visit her. She likes to teach and accompany changes in habits to people she treats so that one can take care of and advantage of every bite, This way we can apply the famous Hipócrates saying “Let your food be your medicine.” She considers, like me, that eating is one of the basic pillars of health, together with physical exercise and social welfare. She understands Dietetics and Nutrition as an instrument to enjoy and be happy.

We propose the following schedule: Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon

Options: individual  or group session
Where: Pastry shop Gisela c / Fígols 27-29 (Plaza del Sol de Baix)

Investment: Individual session: € 40 first visit, € 15 the following. Group session: € 20 first visit and € 10 the following weeks (group of 6 people)

Our course proposal aims to offer a “space” in which to strengthen individual and family food resources. Our motto is to look for the healthy way of life that makes you happy and forget about the restrictions and norms that exist in diets.
